    Morning Yoga

    You will encourage awakening of prana throughout the body by strengthening , stretching, breathing and relaxation and prepare you for the rest of the day .Expect mantras, mudras, pranayama, basic asanas and a guided meditation to finish the session.

    This is an all-levels class. Students who are new to yoga and de-conditioned students as well as long-time practitioners. This class may contain Hatha yoga postures, Vinyasa Krama (slow vinyasa sequences) and sometimes Kundalini Kriyas. The sequence and theme always changes so you will keep progressing in your yoga practice.

  • Intermediate Level 1

    Intermediate Level I

    Evening Yoga : - This class will help you to release all the stress build up throughout the day and transform it into balanced energy. Yoga asanas , kriyas and breathing techniques will reduce the Rajas and balance Sattva and Tamas so one can have deep meditative sleep experience. We will be working our joints & muscles to keep them strong and flexible with mindfulness, adding the meditative experience not just mechanically working out . Classes will have various sequences focusing on different aspects of our being.

    Restorative & Pranayama

    Restorative yoga classes are for everyone, helping us deal with day to day stresses and tiredness and maintain a rested mind and body. Attending a restorative class will help you feel calm and deeply rested. They are very therapeutic; extension and expansion of the body broadens the diaphragm and oxygenated blood supply can bathe and purify the organic body (digestive, excretory, glandular, nervous, reproductive, respiratory and circulatory systems). An improved circulation improves elimination of cell impurities.
