Amy hopes to offer classes that ease stress and suffering, and promote health and true happiness.

Amy has always been interested in learning about the human mind. She earned her BA in Psychology, and then spent many years traveling and living in monasteries and meditation centers. She has completed her 500- hour yoga teacher training from Breathe Together Yoga studio. And she is currently in the year-long UCLA Training in Mindfulness Facilitation program with Diana Winston.
